Alexandria Esthetics understands that schedules change, therefore I am requesting at least a 24 hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled within the 24 hour time frame or for which clients are a “No-Show” will be charged 50% of the service amount. Please note if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. If I do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment, it will then be considered a “No-Show”. I understand emergencies happen and schedules change. I will do everything I can to accommodate appointment changes & cancellations as required. I will handle all emergency cancellations case by case.
